1. Who are we and who manages your data?

2. What personal data do we process and why?

We only process data that you provide to us yourself, for the following reasons:

A) Processing of inquiries and orders (Performance of a contract)

If you order a machine from us, request service, or a spare part (via the web form, e-mail, or phone), we need your data to be able to execute and deliver the order.

• What data: First and last name, company name, ID/VAT number, billing and delivery address, e-mail, phone number.
• Legal basis: Performance of a contract or taking steps prior to entering into a contract (inquiry).

B) Accounting (Legal obligation)

If we enter into a business transaction, we are legally obliged to keep billing data for accounting and tax purposes.

• What data: Billing information on tax documents.
• Retention period: 10 years (according to the VAT Act).

C) Inquiries from the contact form (Legitimate interest)

If you send us an inquiry, we will use your e-mail address only to respond to you.

• What data: E-mail, name, message text.

3. To whom do we transfer your data?

Your data is safe with us and we do not sell it to third parties. Only our employees and verified partners necessary for the operation of the company have access to it:

• Carriers: (e.g., Toptrans, PPL, DHL) – so they can deliver the machine to you.
• Web hosting and IT service provider: (Administrator of the server where the website runs).
• External accountant: (For processing tax documents).
